We create Prayer Shawls of varying colors and patterns, which are given to a wide variety of people including new brides, those in need of comfort, those in distress and many, many more. We have been privileged to donate some of our Prayer Shawls to the widows of U.S. troups killed in service to our country.
Over the past two years this ministry has created more than 80 shawls and distributed 70 of them to many who benefited from the prayers we prayed as we made each shawl. Our pastor prays God's blessing over each shawl, that the user will find comfort, solace, love, peace, joy, and happiness.
We welcome anyone who would like to join us! You can crochet or knit (left handed or right handed), assist, make a donation toward the purchase of yarn and supplies, or simply visit to fellowship and pray for us and with us. You don't have to be an expert, and if you are interested in learning to crochet or knit, we have volunteers who will assist you!
